I've set up my new JustGiving page for the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), a not-for-profit charity whose unsung heroes work in the shadows to keep the internet free from images of child sexual abuse. 

On Saturday 10 Dec starting at 10.30pm I will be running the Half Sunrise Ultra Marathon overnight from Cley Next The Sea to Great Yarmouth along the Norfolk Coastal Path a Distance of 45miles, temperatures predicted to be below zero   Please donate! 

Images of child sexual abuse and exploitation online is a growing problem wherever there's access to the internet but the IWF plays a key role in blocking, disrupting and removing these vile images.
