Let’s share a moment of togetherness by getting up at 5.30am for sunrise, and going for a ‘socially distanced’ walk/run/jog within 2km of your home.

Wear your ‘Newlands Jumper’ and add a touch of yellow to represent ‘Darkness into Light’
