JJ Running is a women's Run Wales social running group based in Newport, Wales. We are all inclusive and support women of all sizes, shapes and abilities.

Each year we raise money for a different charity, this year it being SANDS so we're taking on the 'diff. We have a team of 7 women, several of whom haven't ran the half marathon distance before.

So please donate what you can and we will continue to update you with our training and how it's all going!
