Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page for the Mathieson Music School in Kolkata.
We are a small charity helping to give a happy childhood, full boarding, medical care, general and musical education, free of all costs to the poorest of the poor children of India.
This wonderful small Charity is run by Anup and Agnes Kumar Biswas.
They need funds (£125k) in order to take in more orphan children and build a girl's dormitory for 100 girls and a primary school for 200 children. (you can see the plans in the photos section)
What is amazing about this school is that every child learns a musical instrument.
It costs £1.64p a day to keep a child at the school and we want to help more children who have been orphaned and need love and a good education. For this they receive:
