The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

RNIB helped one of us when he lost his sight. As NHS staff we all see the impact of COVID on individuals. If you cannot see, life is more difficult than usual with social distancing, isolation and shopping challenges. RNIB's help is needed more than ever.

Save the UK's CharitiesGeneral fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income. This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.

About the campaign

The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

About the charity

Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.
