Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

My Brother in law and Luke's Uncle, Graham Bobbit was happily enjoying retirement, travelling, sailing, volunteering for the RNLI until one day last year at the age of 61 he was diagnosed with MND. He and his wife Wendy are supporters of the East Dorset and New Forest Branch of the MND Association and we wanted to help with  some fund raising...............The Challenge is to pick one of the routes outlined by the Association and cycle it either on a trainer bike in the comfort of your own home or hit the mean streets on your road bikes which is what we are going to do......except we haven't picked one route we are going to do all 5........that means 3477 miles of cycling, 1738.50 miles each. We start tomorrow, the 2nd July 2020 and have given ourselves 7 weeks to complete the challenge (Work and COVID 19 restrictions allowing). Our last ride will be on Sunday 23rd August 2020 from Epsom to Swanage. We have set our minimum donation at £347.70 but if you want to sponsor us then that would be great.
