Story

INFORMATION 75 days ago I was asked by a friend from South Wales Police to take part in a phys event for charity. I said yes. I was then asked if I wanted to know what it was. Ah that’s a good idea…

“The event is to run a minimum of 2 miles a day for 💯 days. Oh and one last thing, it starts today Nick” the charity is the PC Nicola Hughes Memorial Fund. PC Nicola Hughes & PC Fiona Bone where brutally murdered in September 2012 responding to a report of a burglary. It was an ambush and these unarmed police officers never stood a chance. The aim of the charity is to provide learning opportunities and pre employment skills for children (under 21) who have suffered from a tragic loss of a close family member through a violent crime.

INTENTION 2 miles a day, even when raining, even when can’t be arsed, even when hungover!

So far I have run 342 miles (Ave 4.5 miles/day) Furthest run so far is 20 miles.

METHOD Run fat boy RUN!
