Thanks for coming through and donating to Ella's memory. It's going to be  a tough old run and I'm going to needs as much extra motivation as possible.

Preparation could have gone a little better... I entered the Exmoor 34 mile ultra a few weeks ago with a dose of manflu and had to drop out after 17 miles after being overtaken by a snail. That was my only race preparation!

Completed 34miles the week after on the north coast of cornwall the week after though!
