I have battled with mental health issues for some years, and have friends and loved ones that also have.

Mental health is quite often overlooked or brushed under the carpet by people that can not empathise or understand how it feels to be so low that they don't want to get up in the morning and in some cases no longer feel that they deserve to live.

It's not just a case of 'cheering up' or 'snapping out of it', mental health issues need to be taken seriously, acknowledged and supported.

So... I'm shaving my beloved beard off to raise money for a cause close to my heart (and its taken me ages to grow that bad boy!)

So please donate anything that you can afford, it all helps.
