St David’s Hospice is a registered charity providing end of life care, free of charge, to the people of Anglesey, Gwynedd and Conwy. With the continued dedication, enthusiasm, generosity and support of the communities of North West Wales, St David’s continues to make a signification contribution to the North Wales Hospice/Palliative Care service. We value the support of the community we serve. It currently costs £1.6 million to run the clinical services at the Hospice every year and over 75% of this is raised through community fundraising.
