Hello, I am cycling from Amsterdam to Lake Garda in Italy with a buddy (who also has a Just Giving page https://www.justgiving.com/Samuel-RIgby0). We will be going to Rotterdam from Amsterdam then all the way down the Rhine cycle way, then taking either the Great St Bernardo's Pass or Gotthard's pass and thern eventually rolling into Italy to Lake Garda. Just Giving is good because none of your monies will go on bacon, beer or illicit activities but rather straight to the awesome MSF http://www.msf.org.uk/ who provide humanitarian medical aid to the most deprived and war-torn regions.
