This page has been set up for all delegates who are attending the Transforming Maternity Conference organised by Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust on 6 February 2019 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Wollaton Street, Nottingham. NG1 5RH. 

Please make a donation for your ticket by paying £30 to the Nottingham University Hospitals charity for each ticket you have booked. Donations will be supporting maternity transformation projects benefiting the women and families in Nottingham.
