Over the May bank holiday weekend a group of local Bicycle Smithy Shop Riders will attempt to ride off-road from Vernon Primary School in Poynton, Cheshire to the summit of Snowdon in Snowdonia National Park before turning round and riding home.
We do this in support of Ollie's Army Battling Against Battens. Ollie is 4 year old boy from Poynton who in February 2015 was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease called Battens. We want do as much as we possibly can to support Ollie and his family, so please help us to help them.

Setting up a new charity is both a challenging and lengthy process and sadly time is not what Ollie and his family have, Just for Kic@x - who are proud sponsors of Ollie's campaign, have kindly agreed to process your donations so we have set this page up so we can aim for a goal that you can help us achieve.
This challenge will see the group ride over 120 miles before arriving at the foot of Snowdon before making an ascent to the summit, possibly in the dark, which will provide the groups bivvy spot and nights rest before waking up at dawn and riding the 120 miles back to Poynton.
