Neurocare is a local charity that does fantastic work supporting the Neurosciences department at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. Both myself and a family member have benefited from the support they provide.

This is why my wife and I have decided to run 160 miles in four days in the Egyptian Western Desert. The event is called the Ocean floor race. We will be running the race guided only by GPS readings and will be carrying the food and equipment that we need for the race. After training in our freezing and wet conditions, this will not be a easy task!
