On the 26th of April I'll only be running the ruddy London Marathon, and doing it all for this incredible charity.

Mind was set up in 1946 to help people experiencing mental health problems. Since then it has been giving support to empower over 250,000 people every year. Mind is also a trooper in campaigning to abolish inequality, discrimination and the misconceptions towards mental health and they need our help to keep doing this awesome work.

Mum was diagnosed with Bipolar in 1987 and has battled the illness year after year like a warrior. We owe so much to our family and Mum's amazing network of people, and with your help we can make sure that nobody faces their troubles alone.
