OLM is a UK based IT and services company who have been supporting the care sector for over 28 years. Our mission is to take the complexity out of people's lives through innovation in software and services. 

This June,  a team of OLM's fittest and most intrepid Change Makers will be taking on the 3 Peaks Challenge to help make a difference to people's lives.

The climb is a challenge in itself, but apply the tight 24-hour time frame and there’s an intense amount of pressure added to a team that has mixed fitness abilities, and most of whom have never climbed a proper mountain before.

Our chosen charity, the Cystic fibrosis (CF) Trust is one that is close to our hearts.  Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK. It affects the lungs and digestive system and can cause chronic infections and reduced lung function. Currently, half of those with CF will not live past age 41. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is fighting for a brighter future for people with CF and their families by funding cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care and supporting people with the condition and their loved ones every step of the way.

We would love to raise as much money as possible for this deserving charity.
