This year I've set myself a new years resolution with a difference - I have decided to attempt to live off of an average of £1 a day in January - £31 for the entire month.

I'm doing this starting from a bare cupboard.

Anything that isn't water, mouthwash, toothpaste or medicine needs to come out of my £1 a day budget.
