We are doing something that has never been done before.  Ian and I will be riding electric unicycles across the UK to raise money for Barnardo's.  Why Barnardo's?  Barnardo's is working to support more than 250,000 children and families right across the UK.  The work this charity does has an enormous impact on the lives of children and young people, supporting and protecting them and giving them the opportunity to achieve their potential.

Riding 1,000 miles on a unicycle is unimaginably difficult.  This will be equivalent to running back-to-back marathons for 13 days.  We will be carrying back packs with up to 20kg of weight and standing on our cycles for at least ten hours every day.
