Ocean Stars Trust (OST) is a charity that is 'rebuilding shattered lives' in the Tsunami and war-effected areas of Sri Lanka. Every October a team of volunteers goes out to Sri Lanka to visit the projects and actively participate in the work of OST. The projects that OST supports vary from playgroups, to individual child sponsorship programmes through to community-based projects. The yearly visits by OST are valued so greatly by the Sri Lankan people because it is so rare for them to have foreign people experience their culture.

As a fundraising event for the trip this October, the OST 2012 team plus other willing volunteers are cycling the London to Brighton Bike Ride. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and will go directly to the OST projects in Sri Lanka.
