Walk for Water is a challenge to walk and raise money for those who do not have access to water. Please sponsor us as we walk to help those in need. 

All of the children at Our Lady's will take part in a walk around the school for 25 or 30 minutes on Monday 22nd March. We will be thinking about all those people that have to walk for hours each day to get a drink and raising money for people like Abdella.

Abdella is 23 and has been walking for water daily since he was 10 or 11 years old. Abdella lives in Afar, Ethiopia - one of the hottest places on earth. Like hundreds of people in the area, he spends most of every day getting water for his family. With a water point nearer his home, Abdella's family would no longer have to worry about getting enough to stay alive. And Abdella could start on the dreams he has for the rest of his life. So please join us and get involved so that CAFOD local experts can give communities like Abdella's the support they need to have regular access to clean drinking water.
