It is strange to visit a hospital for what you think will be a routine appointment only to leave 30 minutes later with news which will change your life for ever.
That's what happened to me when I was told that I had Parkinson's. No warning, no test, just some one breaking the news.
During the last 4 years I have started to try piece together a new life - one which keeps me busy - some times it is very difficult to cope other times after taking the drugs it as if it has gone away only to re-appear once more in a few hours.
I decide to find out what I could do, research needs funds. So far over 10 Years I have raised with the help of many friends over £10,000
