Hi my name is Paul Griffiths and I was diagnosed with MS 15 years ago, for anyone newly diagnosed or indeed an MS veteran this disease is life changing in so many ways not only for the person with MS but also for the friends and family too. Many become socially isolated on their MS Journey as we call it and mental health issues affect many too and my aim is to raise awareness of the services and facilities available within our Communities by sharing information and encouraging others out into the community to meet others in the same position be it by social media in it's many forms or meeting up face to face with others at a venue. In Doncaster I am lucky enough to have a local MS Society branch where we meet up weekly to socialize, plus I have a website blog where I'm trying to raise funds in aid of my MS Society branch.
