I’d be thrilled if you’ll sponsor me for the Virgin London Marathon 2021 (yes, the 3rd training cycle for the VLM2020) to help raise funds for 'Action On Pre-eclampsia (APEC)'.

As many of you will know, I’ve been actively engaged in research into better care pathways for women with suspected pre-eclampsia, but you might not know that I have also been an ‘enthusiastic’ long distance runner (10K, 10M, HM) for the last few years. 

I plan to combine these two passions into one on Sunday 3rd October 2021 in support of APEC ~ APEC helps pregnant women, their partners and healthcare professionals, through research grants, expert-led education and counselling. 

APEC is a key advocate and plays a very important role in the U.K. to help everyone involved apply the best evidence when delivering or receiving care.
