We support sight impaired people to live independent lives

Story

I was born with Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP), a hereditary condition, which causes a progressive deterioration in eyesight.  In 2012, the worst year of my life, I sadly had to leave work and K.A.B. was there to offer practical support.

I am running with my guide, Ian, whose father lost his sight to glaucoma, for the last five years of his life.  He was supported at various stages of his sight loss, by K.A.B.

K.A.B provides a huge range of help and support for people of all ages whose sight loss affects their daily lives.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
