We are a group of riders of all abilities riding 100 miles in a day to raise money for a worth while charity that has struggled with fund raising over the last 12 months during these difficult times. 

Mental health will affect 1 in 6 of our population. People report experiencing  a common mental health issue ( like Anxiety and Depression)  this will affect young and old. I have experienced first hand what it’s like to deal with issues with my own mental health (anxiety and depression). I was personally in a position to have private treatment through the company I work for. As a Keen cyclist with a fantastic network of cycling friends we decided as a group to do this ride for Mind. Mind  are going to be needed more than ever before. Thank you Paul
