I am planning to ride from Kings Langley to Regents Park via the Grand Union Canal towpath (35 miles) on 12th October. This will be in aid of Christian Aid who work with partners on the ground to give emergency aid and longer-term development support to some of the world's most vulnerable communities.   

Would you be able to sponsor me please? Every £ raised will go to this work and at a time when many poor communities are under even greater pressure it will bring much needed relief.
