I lost my Dad to cancer nearly 10 years ago so hate it and want to help try and beat it. Myself and Kevin Cecile (DJ CK) are running 10K on the 14th of July and my chosen charity is Cancer Research for obvious reasons.

Please be generous and spare whatever you can. Anyone who knows me, will be aware I am no fitness guru so this is a big thing for me...plus I run funny (so I am told!).
