Paul & Neil are running the London Marathon for the 1st time, this is a lifetime ambition for both us, and we have been training hard since the end of August.
We are not looking to complete in any fantastic time, we would like to aim to finish in about 4 1/2 hours, (this would be a real achievement for us) However, the main thing is that we get round in one piece, enjoy it and at the same time raise as much money as we can for Help the Hospices, a wonderful charity who look after many of the Hospices up and down the country.
Hospices give unparalleled care to people who are facing the end of life – and to those who love them.
Help the Hospices give voice to the interests, views and concerns of over 200 local charities that provide the majority of hospice care across the UK.
