As you can see above I am about to undertake a bike ride of 100 miles for charity as my mid life crisis really kicks in!

My chosen charity is Sarcoma UK. Sarcomas are rare cancers that develop in the muscle, bone, nerves, cartilage, tendons, blood vessels and the fatty and fibrous tissues. This disease has been affecting my brother for over 9 year s now and we want to increase the knowledge and awareness of Sarcoma and raise funds to aid research and to help all the people who are affected by this disease.
