I am driving 2400 miles on my Kawasaki ZZR 1400 PS to Marcinowice POLAND and back  to support the wonderful work that Treetops Hospice Care provide to many local people living with life limiting conditions and to celebrate my 65th Birthday. I will be leaving Beeston Nottingham at 2pm on Friday 14th July to start my challenge for Treetops.

I have been a volunteer at Treetops Hospice Care for 6 years and have worked in the Day Care unit, supporting guests who come on a weekly basis. I have worked in the Kitchen preparing the meals for the day guests and escorted guest into the hospice by driving them in my car or by mini bus.

Treetops Hospice Care has over 600 volunteers supporting the services and  needs to raise over £3 million this year in order to maintain its services at there current level. So I decided to take on the challenge of raising £2,100  by taking on this 2400 mile challenge.

£300 will provide 1 overnight Hospice at Home nursing shift for a patient at the end of life, please help me to provide 7 nights nursing of shifts totalling £2,100.
