I was diagnosed with HIV and Hep C in 2010, when I was 24 years old. I was shocked to learn that I was co-infected with HIV and Hep C. At first, I found it very hard to come to terms with my diagnoses. 

I am now a happy, healthy and HIV positive gay man. 

Positive East are doing vital work across London. They provide HIV testing services, counselling for people in the period after initial diagnosis, peer support, as well as reaching out across a range of communities.

We must do more to support people living with HIV in the UK!
