IRONMAN UK - 2.4 mile lake swim; 112 miles on the bike followed by a marathon run.

Last year with the help of  friends, family & work colleagues we managed to raise £460 for my Bolton Hospice.  This year I have chosen to work with The Rotary club who have committed to donate half of what is raised to Cancer Research UK and the balance to a selection of other charities.
