I have worked for Jimmy Frost for around 7 years now and have been leading Bryony Frost up almost  since the start of her racing career!

I am very lucky to be able to have the opportunity to once again ride in the charity race at my local track Newton Abbot. I did this last year on Archie Rice and had an amazing time and raised £750!  This year I have the ride on Silver Quay and want to raise more money! 

 Racing Welfare is an important charity to us all involved in the racing industry and they do an awful lot to support us from career advise to mental health. So it's only fair we raise some money as a "Thank you" and to keep them going.
