My best friend, Hayley, and I are going to be running the Cardiff 10k for Cancer Research to help get closer to a cure for all cancers.

I also ran the Bournemouth 10k as a warm up to the main event so will be chasing a faster time in Cardiff. Any contribution will be warmly received and will help motivate us to put one foot in front of the other.
