Dylan and I took up running together during the first lockdown. It's been a good way to bond and has felt so tough at times but we have spurred each other on and and enjoyed some amazing scenery where we live and on holidays also.  Come rain, snow, sleet  and gorgeous sunshine we have trained at least twice a week most weeks..

MYPAS are holding their annual bluebell 10k on the 8th of May. MYPAS is an amazing local charity who provide support for young people's mental health. They provide art therapy, one to one councilling and group peer sessions. Considering the huge waiting lists for CAMHs and other mental health support and to think many are forced to go private or ignore the warning signs due to not being able to afford private help is just heartbreaking. So  understandably  I consider MYPAS  Is an invaluable support service for young people and one which I would love to help support. 

 I find exercise really helps my mental health so it all seems fitting...Dylan and I will carry on our training and run like the wind on the day... Kind of ... Any little donation would be much appreciated. Many thanks Polly and Dylan. Isla is also running the 1k for them x
