Hi Guys,
 
 As some of you know im off to New York in November to challenge myself and take part in the worlds toughest mudder. The worlds toughest mudder is an extreme competition that aims to find  the toughest man, woman, team of 4 on the planet. Competitors have 24 hours to log as many miles on an amped-up Tough Mudder course as they can each lap is 10-12 miles long.

With the course being designed by our English armed forces i have decided i will not only be doing this challenge for myself but also for our troops that push themselves beyond measure to help keep us safe, I   believe that anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they may risk all, is a HERO.

These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life. We may not be able to prevent our soldiers from being wounded, but together we can help them get better.

This is the first bit of charity work i have done so i ask if you could all kindly support my chosen charity.... and help give something back to the true hero’s of this world!.
