I am currently working in plastic surgery as a clinical research fellow whilst carrying out research in wound healing at the Bradford Plastic Surgery and Burns Research Unit. 

I am running my first ever half marathon in order to raise money for the PSBRU on Sunday 29th October in Bradford.

The unit was set up after a devestating fire at Bradford football club took the lives of 56 people and injured 258 others. The money raised would go towards research into treating people with similar injuries. The PSBRU relies purely on donations to keep going and I am raising money to help support the unit and continue it's excellent research!

I would be very grateful of any donations you may be able to spare in order to sponsor me for this half marathon! I have never taken part in a run before but am up for the challenge!
