The Mental Health Network (MHN) was founded 10 years ago on 10 November 2012 with the focus of promoting awareness and understanding, in order to break down stigma and end discrimination related to mental health.

To celebrate our 10-year anniversary, the MHN would like to invite you to participate in our  “Wear Green” day on Thursday 10 November to show your support and celebrate our anniversary, and to enter our “What makes you happy” photography competition with a deadline of Thursday 17 November.

We would also kindly request you to contribute to the “Action for Happiness” charity (donations will be matched up to a total of £350).
The mission of Action for Happiness is to promote a happier world, through a culture that prioritises happiness and kindness.
