It's a terrifying decision but my goal is to just survive while fundraising for a great cause. All your donations will be much appreciated and will help me to raise my target as well as conquer the miles.

I started training for this - my first marathon in December in the hope that I can finish strong and train injury free. How I came to this crazy decision is a reflection of how far I've come. I started 0-5k running in 2015, a few 5/10k races in 2016 and then my first half marathons in 2017. It takes as much mental as physical endurance, but I'm doing this while carrying the weight of my Dad's love on my shoulders.

Over the next few months I'm going to be clocking up the milage, while my days will be measured in miles not hours - wish me luck and feel free to follow my progress on Strava/Insta. Thank you x
