This will be my third Marathon and my second in London.  Wow, it's a great race.  I'm really looking forward to tackling it again!

I'm running again for St John Ambulance in memory of my Dad who volunteered for them for nearly 50 years.  They are a great charity and without them so many things just wouldn't happen - football matches, concerts and, of course, all the races I run.  And maybe even more importantly they train thousands of people to save lives and one day you may be very grateful they do.
