Our friends and families know we are passionate about bears.  In some Asian countries, bears are trapped and incarcerated in tiny cages.  A hole is made in their tummies over the gall bladder and, each day, the gall bladder is milked for bile which goes in to illegal alternative 'medicines' and cosmetics.  The bears suffer terribly.  Sometimes their paws are cut off as well.  Free the Bears rescues bears from this torture and relocates them to their sanctuaries in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia where they can lead happy lives in safety.  Over the past 20 years Save the Bears have rescued over 950 bears.  We want to help free more.
