This will be my 5th London Marathon having done 2006,2007,2008 and 2009.Unfortunately due  to my achilles tendinitis I could not run last year. My PB is 3hrs 33minutes and I rather stupidly really want to get under 3hrs 30mins -so need to train harder than ever before.!So far I have raised over £4000 for MSRC and would once again appreciate any support to help multiple sclerosis sufferers.
