Headway Hertfordshire are a local charity based in Hatfield, who support people affected by brain injury. Over 6000 suffer with brain injuries per year in Hertfordshire alone! That’s the same number of people that entered our event in 2014. Headway Hertfordshire’s aim is to enable adults with brain injuries and their carers to cope with their life changes and move forward to achieve their best possible outcomes. The Chief Executive Karyn Jones says ‘The money raised from this event will go towards continuing the high level of services we offer to the Hertfordshire District including; rehabilitation, counselling and providing support work for clients and carers.
