Our Ready team, Bill Buckler, Gary Spicer, Adam Elcock and trustee David Hill, will on 28 April 2017 attempt to reach the summit of Mont Blanc via the Dôme du Goûter ridge by skiing up the mountain using specialized skins on their skis to grip the snow.

Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in the western hemisphere, 4,808 m (15,774 ft) above sea level and a challenge for any experienced mountaineer to reach the summit.

About READY (Recreation and Easy access for Disabled youth) is a registered charity who assists disabled youth to take part in sports and activities.  From providing specialized racing wheel chairs for individuals to take part in the London mini marathon, transport for riding for the disabled events and even coaching for Para-Olympians, Ready is a unique charity which desperately requires funds in order to help some very special individuals.
