Story
So we're living through strange and scary times. Charities like the one I'm proud to work for have seen ballooning costs, rising demand, plummeting income and an uncertain future.
Despite all the challenges we are facing Amber has continued to house and provide vital support to some of the most disadvantaged young people in our society. We are giving a home and hope to those who have nowhere else to go and no one else to turn to.
We're embracing the 2.6 challenge at Amber so I thought I'd practice what I preach, get my trainers on, dust off my weights and get involved.
As most people who know me will know I now run (well jog) quite regularly but I've been wanting to establish a consistent home workout routine for a while. I'm also quite troubled by my ballooning muffin top since lock down (I blame the sauvignon blanc) so I think I need some more "core work" in my life (because I'm NOT giving up the sauvignon).
This is why I'm committing to do a MINIMUM of 26 minutes of exercise a day for 26 days starting from 26th April.
Please support me if you can - anything you can give would be appreciated by me and by Amber.
