About 4 years ago I woke one day to find my breathing just wasn't okay - my diaphragm had completely paralysed. We still have no idea why this happened but it has left me with restricted lung capacity. I get the BEST care from the NHS but so much more research is needed into lung problems and the ways in which those affected can be supported.

This is a LONG way for me to walk and I have been training for months now. I would love your support x
