I have always said i'll do it but i've always saved it for 'another year'. I've finally decided to take on a marathon and i'll be running for Clear Sky Children's charity. What better way to motivate myself through the long runs on cold and dark mornings, than to do it in order to raise funds for a charity i'm so passionate about. 

Clear Sky helps children to overcome a wide range of complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties through Play & Creative Arts Therapy. It offers an age appropriate approach which is proven to have positive outcomes for children who have faced a variety of challenges including parental separation, abuse, trauma, neglect, bullying, bereavement and domestic violence to name but a few. With your help we hope to transform the lives of even more children who have had a difficult start in life.
