I will be climbing Ben Nevis on 11th July with a group of work colleagues. Macmillan nurses do such a lot for families dealing with cancer, and I have a lot of friends and family who have been touched by this charity.

I've joked about taking a walk up a hill, but Ben Nevis really is a challenge for someone like me who doesn't exercise nearly as much as I should!
