At the age of 19, I was sitting in the doctor office, discussing what was wrong with me. I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I was happy to what I was feeling for a long time, had a name. That was 6 years ago. I have been in and out of the doctor office, discussing techniqueson how to deal with it. I have had therapy and been on antidepressants. I have used some Mind services such as Elefriends, where I could talk to others who were feelings same or how tips and tricks in recovering. 

In the last two years, I have found that exercise has helped me cope. I still have bad days but now, I have more good days.  

My challenge will be to stick to a workout plan for 31 days. I will be attending workout classes, run and working out in the gym. I will be keeping everyone updated on my blog goalofhappiness.com

Mind has been the main charity that has helped me throughout my diagnosed. They still help me to this day. I want to thank this charity for all the support.  I also want to help others who may be struggling.
