Our beautiful son Reggie George AKA "Reg the Ledge" was born prematurely at 24+6 weeks, weighing just 689g. He was a little fighter from the very beginning having to endure an operation, 20+ blood transfusions & fight many infections.The team in NICU, Southmead, Bristol were absolutely amazing and offered a level of care and support we had never experienced before. Reggie was 117 days old when he lost his fight and grew his wings, blessing heaven with a brave, courageous little boy. We are so proud that he chose us to be his parents and will always cherish the time we had with him.

We would like to request that instead of sending cards, gifts or flowers that a donation be made to the charity Bliss. Bliss exists to ensure that all babies born too soon, too small or too sick in the UK have the best possible chance of survival and of reaching their full potential. The charity is mainly funded through donation and run by volunteers who offer support to families like ours.

Please donate no matter how big or small, as every penny will make a big difference to many babies and their families lives.
